Refunds

Due to the nature of PDF patterns, refunds for patterns are not given after an item has been purchased. Unopened stitch decks can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened stitch deck may not be returned.

Sale items

Patterns sold using sale discount codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unopened stitch decks sold using sale discount codes can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened stitch deck may not be returned. Discounts or sale prices will not be extended after check out.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges of purchased patterns or stitch decks.

Shipping returns

We do not ship patterns. All patterns are downloaded as PDF documents from our website at time of purchase. Purchase is responsible for cost of return shipping.
