Stitch Deck Studio Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening Orders: Minimum of 12 decks total. Decks can be a mix of any volume as long as total is 12+, or you can purchase at least 1 case of 12 identical decks.
• Reorders: Minimum of 12 decks total. Decks can be a mix of any volume as long as total is 12+, or you can purchase at least 1 case of 12 identical decks.

Pricing and Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)

• MSRP: $29.95 per deck. Retailers agree to maintain the MSRP of $29.95 for all current stock. Short-term promotional sales are permitted, but permanent discounting below MSRP is not allowed without written consent.
• Wholesale prices are shared once an application has been approved.

Lead Times & Shipping

• Standard Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days if inventory is actively in stock. Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Manufacturing Lead Time: Due to our specialized, high-quality printing process, backordered items or custom print runs require a 4-week lead time from order confirmation to delivery.
• Reorder Recommendation: To prevent empty shelf space, we highly recommend placing restock orders when your inventory drops to 4 or 5 decks.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. The retailer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Payment Terms

• Payment at Checkout: All wholesale orders must be paid upfront via our website checkout using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or available digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc). Orders will not enter the fulfillment queue until payment is successfully processed.

Display and Packaging

• Products must be sold in their original packaging.
• Loose, unboxed cards may not be sold individually.

Returns, Damages & Shortages

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
• Any claims for damaged goods, defective products, or missing items must be reported via email within 5 business days of delivery.
• Approved claims for damages will be issued as a product replacement or a digital store credit.
• Merchandise cannot be returned for a refund once outer seal has been broken.
• Merchandise cann0t be returned for a refund due to slow sales.
